Immerse yourself in a 7-day Sri Lankan wellness retreat, starting at Villa Hundira in Negombo and continuing to the serene Rukgala Retreat in Digana for yoga, meditation, and nature activities. Unwind at Galle’s Niyagama House with its tranquil surroundings, leaving you rejuvenated and at peace.

Day 01 

When you arrive in Negombo you will be greeted with a warm welcome and taken to Villa Hundira, a magnificent hideaway surrounded by lush vegetation. Relax and take in the peace and quiet of this peaceful sanctuary for a moment. 

Day 02

The calm Kandy Temple of the Tooth Relic, one of Sri Lanka’s holiest places will be your first destination after your drive to Digana. A deep spiritual and serene experience can be had at this place. Afterwards, you will be warmly welcomed at Diganas Rukgala Retreat where you can spend the night in the breathtaking surroundings of nature. Take advantage of this chance to get away from the bustle of the city and witness nature in all its pristine splendour.

Day 03 

 Daily yoga sessions in the morning and evening are a great way to start the day. Take a guided tour to the Bambaragala Meditation Caves where you can try rock climbing and explore the caverns. Spend the night at Rukgala Retreat in Digana where you will be surrounded by nature’s peaceful ambiance.

Day 04 

Enjoy paddle boarding on the lake and a yoga class in the early morning. Unwind with a professional massage therapist who will perform a full body massage. Take an evening yoga class to round out the day. Stay the night at the Retreat at Rukgala.

Day 05 

Bid farewell to Digana and proceed towards the historic town of Galle. The perfect place to unwind and replenish energy following a ride to the quaint boutique hotel Niyagama House tucked away in lush surroundings. While admiring the area’s beauty, take in the tranquil atmosphere.

Day 06 

Start your workout and healing yoga class at Niyagama House the following morning. Participate in relaxation exercises and guided meditation. Spend five fruitful minutes in meditation to help you relax. If you want to go to peaceful and energising yoga classes in the evening make your way to Galle as soon as you can. ife.

After one last leisurely morning head to the airport feeling rejuvenated and ready to bring the peace of your retreat back into your everyday l
